Please read the Park policies below completing the Park Permit Application form at the end. Upon receiving the permit, deposit and certificate of liability insurance, LLCOA will confirm or deny your reservation request to reserve the Pavilion and/or Kitchen located at Lime Lake.

Park Policies and Procedures 

1. Reservations. LLCOA Park facilities shall be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. However, the LLCOA reserves the right to cancel or preempt any reservation of the Park when it is deemed to be in the best interest of the LLCOA.

2. Scheduling. Scheduling for rental of the Park will be done Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Call or text 716-353-0865 to schedule.

3. Park Hours. The Park is open to the members from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Extension of these hours requires LLCOA approval.

4. Applicants. Must be a member in good standing of the LLCOA.

5. Facility Use Application and Fees.

  • Applicants must submit a completed Park Permit Application.
  • Supply a Certificate of Liability Insurance for the day of event.
  • Pay a $175 deposit by check or cashiers check, made out to the LLCOA.

All reservations require approval of the LLCOA Director before confirmation. Fees for use of the Park facilities shall be returned upon inspection of the park areas reserved. If park and buildings reserved are clean and left in the same condition as reserved, the deposit will be returned in full. No deposit shall be waived except by written approval of the LLCOA Director.

6. Cleanup, Garbage & Litter. Litter shall be picked up by the applicant during the event. All cleanup of the facilities and removal of garbage and litter is the responsibility of the applicant and must be completed and removed from the site by 10:00 am the following morning. The LLCOA reserves the right to have the Park cleaned at the expense of the applicant if all garbage and litter is not removed within the time allowed.

7. Food Concessions. Catered or sale of food and beverages requires a Cattaraugus County Health Department food handler permit. 

8. Termination. The LLCOA has the right to cancel any event reservation with due cause and with notice to the applicant. Immediate cancellation or termination of an event may result from:

  • Applicant’s failure to observe rules and regulations, ordinances, and laws
  • Applicants failure to pay deposit once application is approved.
  • Disorderly conduct or disturbance.
  • Provision of alcohol to minors, existence of drugs or other controlled substances.
  • No fires or open burning.
  • Any condition or action that poses a threat, danger, or hazard to persons or property, as determined by the LLCOA. The LLCOA reserves the right to remove individuals from events in the Park at the LLCOA sole discretion, if the individual/s pose a threat or potential threat to persons or property. 

9. Cancellation. The applicant must submit written cancellation notice 30 days before the event to receive a full refund. If written cancellation is received less than 30 days from the event, the LLCOA may retain 25 percent of the deposit.

10. Drug Free. LLCOA and its properties are drug free facilities, please refrain from ANY drug use while on our properties

11. Liability and Regulations. 

  • The applicant shall hold harmless the LLCOA, its officers, agents, and employees from all liability for accidents, illness, or injury to persons or loss of group or individual property as a result of these activities and shall pay all costs incurred in defending against said claims.
  • All groups and individuals using the Park facilities shall take appropriate measures to protect and indemnify the LLCOA against any and all claims for such occurrences.
  • The applicant shall be required to pay such amounts as may be determined by the LLCOA. All groups or individuals shall be liable for any damages to equipment or property or creating a condition that is hazardous to others. 

In submitting this Application, the applicant certifies the above information is correct to the best of his knowledge and agrees to abide by all applicable Park Rules and Regulations when using the facility indicated above for its intended purpose only. In signing this application, the applicant agrees not to hold the LLCOA, its elected and appointed officers, its agents, and employees free and harmless from such loss, damage, liability, cost and expense that may arise during or be caused in any way by such use of occupancy of LLCOA property. Further, the Applicant shall assume full responsibility for adequate care and protection of the aforesaid property and will reimburse the LLCOA in full for any damage, loss or extensive maintenance cost incurred.
